A: We are a premium modular and custom furniture manufacturer based in Delhi NCR. Since 2020, we have been designing and manufacturing high-quality furniture for homes and offices using state-of-the-art Austrian technology.
Q: Where is your factory located?
A: Our 800-yard manufacturing facility is located in Delhi NCR. We welcome clients to visit our factory to see our machinery, materials, and production process firsthand.
Q: What type of furniture do you manufacture?
A: We specialize in:

Residential: Modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, vanity units, crockery units, beds, and study tables.

Commercial: Office workstations, conference tables, reception desks, storage cabinets, and pantry units.
Q: How much time does installation take on-site?
A: Since 90% of the work is done at the factory, on-site installation is quick and clean. A kitchen usually takes 3-4 days to install; a full home may take 8-9 days.
Q: How is pricing calculated?
A: Pricing depends on the square footage, material choice (Ply vs. MDF), finish (Laminate, Acrylic, PU), and hardware selection (Soft-close, Hettich vs. local). We provide a transparent itemized quotation.
Q: Do you have a showroom?
A: We operate a “Factory-Direct” model. Instead of a high-cost retail showroom, we invite you to our factory where you can see live production, check material samples, and view finished modular units. This helps us keep prices competitive.
Q: Which areas do you serve?
A: We primarily serve the entire Delhi NCR region (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad). However, we also undertake projects across India for bulk orders or specific client requirements.
Q: Is your furniture truly “custom” or just standard sizes?
A: It is fully custom! While we use modular standards for efficiency, we customize every millimeter to fit your floor plan. You are not restricted to standard catalog sizes.
Q: How long does a project take?
A: Our typical timeline is 15 to 30 days depending on the project size:

Modular Kitchens/Wardrobes: 15-20 days.

Full Home Interiors: 25-30 days.

Office Projects: Dependent on the number of workstations.
Q: Is there a cost for the site visit and design?
A: The initial site visit and consultation are free within Delhi NCR. Detailed 3D designs are provided once a token advance is paid, which is adjusted against the final order value.
Warranty & After-Sales
Q: What warranty do you offer?
A: We offer:

2 to 5 Years Warranty on manufacturing defects (peeling laminates, board integrity).

Brand Warranty on hardware (lifetime or 5-10 years as per Hafele/Hettich).
Q: Can modular furniture be moved if I shift homes?
A: Yes! That is the biggest advantage of modular furniture (Minifix system). It can be dismantled and reassembled in a new location with minimal damage.
Q: What happens if I face an issue after installation?
A: We have a dedicated after-sales team. Just call or email us, and a technician will visit within 24-48 working hours to resolve issues like door alignment, drawer smoothness, etc.
Care & Maintenance
Q: How do I clean my modular furniture?
A: Use a soft, slightly damp micro-fiber cloth. Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemicals. For tough stains on laminates, a mild soap solution works best.
Q: Can I put hot vessels directly on the kitchen counter?
A: While quality quartz or granite tops are heat resistant, we always recommend using hot pads or trivets to maintain the shine and longevity of your countertop.
